What's the difference between bussiness management and business administration I am confused what to use?? Help plzz

Hello I am really curious with this career path but I do not know how to properly fit my current major. I know that industrial engineers dabble in consultancy as well but I do not know if consulting firms actually hire people of that major or do they focus more on management graduates. Just wanted to know if you have colleagues who were Industrial Engineering majors?

Hey, very interesting video! I'm interested in potentially working as a management consultant, however I'm unsure on a few things. What's the difference between working for a boutique firm vs the big 4? Is there a drastic difference in salary, hours, career progression etc...? Would it be worth joing a big 4 consultant grad scheme, and then moving into a more boutique firm? Sorry for all the questions 🤣🙏Keep up the good work 👍

I would say the main differences are around structure of the company, culture, and brand name. Big 4 are very well known in the industry so the brand name helps with exit opportunities, however with that being said there are a number of boutique consultancies that have very prestigious brands especially in the strategy category. Big 4 pay tends to be lower than other strategy boutiques as well, and the progression is a lot more structured (more training, fixed timelines, etc).

I did apply! There is a lot of information of MBB hiring process online - usually follows case study rounds and fit interviews

@@fatima7524 because first of all it mixes everything! You will also learn law in it, secondly almost highest paying professions falls under business including management consulting, investment banking, auditing, marketing etc. And also business administration is all about leadership, decision making which is so cool and you will learn things which really apply in real world.

Have u had any international projects yet ???? Just curious
