You will get the best configuration laptop within this budget.Though I am not aware about laptop market in your country.U can check the "ASUS Asus ROG Strix" G531GT-BQ024T

I have one question: why don't graphic desighers show their sketches of what they invented to the client, but instead they do a final work in special programs and this way designers spend too much time for nothing? Or I don't understand how all this works?

I used to work at freelancer.com,99design. I always tried to build up a good relationship with the clients whenever i won the contest.That's the way I managed the clients through this relationship. Thanks.
