Most Goodwill workers that you see putting away clothes and shoes are on mandatory volunteer by the court and some like to give people a very hard time because they would rather be shopping instead of putting merch away. I wouldn't doubt if that lady was tipping their family off on the good stuff. Also they're not supposed to be on their phones.

I recently went through my items and out of 60 boxes I had about 13 items unlisted. I have about 20/25 items per box. I was actually surprised there wasn’t more from what I hear from other people. I hate that this is something that happens.
