I never wash my sheets and duvet first but once on the bed I do iron them. So much easier ironing once beds made 😂 silk pillows are great for wig and braid wearers. I prefer than wearing my silk cap x

I'm the same Dianne, if the bedding is in a packet, I don't wash it, I just use an anti bac spray, I only wash it if it's not in the packet xx😊 Also love the band change up on your watch

Dianne..We can all relate to having your heart set on that chair and it did not work out. To ease the pain just tell yourself that it was meant for somebody else who really needed it and then move on. There will be another chair😊

I too prefer wooden chopping boards. I wipe them down with anti bacterial wipes. I do also use some plastic boards for small salad items. I was brought up to wash all new bedding and cotton shirts. I only do it for my hubby now as he finds new clothing itchy. I love wearing new products and sleeping on new bedding but with the latter have to think of hubby. I usually wash them first. The one time I didn’t the colour from the sheets ran onto my duvet. They were red festive sheets, I now have a pink shaded duvet. 😂

hi dianne!!! love the idea of no plastic cutting boards!! just wanted to let you know, i have a level 2 course in food safety and hygiene. please make sure you are using a plastic board or plastic cutting board topper for raw meats. just for safety x

Where do you get the cutting board toppers from lola. When i cut chicken on my plastic chopping board, after i use it, I spray bleach on it, and leave it for a while. Hope that kills bacteria from chicken. ❤

@@jaynekittycat9252 be careful using bleach on food preparation surfaces, it’s a toxic chemical and can leave a residue. Hot water with dish soap is actually sufficient, but get a food safe anti bac spray if you want the extra peace of mind!

There are some stiffness in the sheets from the store, so they get softer after a Wash and iron❤❤❤

The point of washing the sheets is not only make them softer but especially with fast fashion type brands that many bed sheets are have been all over the place not so hygienic. Stores, factory floors etc in different hands and possibly packaged and used again. Same goes for clothes even underwear. Wouldn’t want them near my skin before washing. Why does your car smell? 😃🤢 have a wonderful spring time. X
