As much as "working in a k-pop industry" sounds as glamorous as "omg that's my dream job ", I wonder if the job really appreciates your individual talents and skills....and gets you upgraded. Cuz, as far as i have heard, the staffs are often obliged to work cautiously in the shadow of their company's idols...idk, i might be wrong. But, i have always dreamt of a working space which is flexible, and individual talents are acknowledged and appreciated 🤙
