The cat thing - definitely check with neighbours then go for treats if permissible. In my experience cats v pragmatic - what’s in it for me type vibe. Also stay still - this might sound odd advice but cats far more likely to check you out if you’re not moving towards them. Finally if you’re really motivated find something that smells of you and leave it outside so the cat can smell it and get used to your scent. x

The reason you have to remove it from the tin is because it’ll keep cooking in the tin! And it’ll actually take longer to cool that way because the heat can only escape from the top, versus all sides!

Sprinkle a little flour over your eggs before you mix with the butter and they won’t curdle. My mum taught me this and it’s always worked for me x

Oh my goodness I squealed when I saw you and Mark watching watching the It’s Alive Sourdoughnuts series! It was so good. And I appreciate the fan-service of giving us three super long videos of them. It made my summer. (Actually, Chris Morocco stealing a piece of donut and doing a little dance made my summer). Loved this weekly vlog, Anna! Hope you had a good time in Birmingham!

Loved the ending montage!

My grandmother always lowered the baking temperature by 20-30degrees (fahrenheit!) and extended the baking time by about a half hour to get her banana bread to rise!

Two things that really motivate my cat to like people are treats and if they play with her feather wand toy. Although she's pretty friendly in general but those 2 things will seal the deal. A little chin rub is also always appreciated but someone can only do that once she knows the person.

I’ve been super busy travelling the last 2 months, so many of your videos ended up sitting in my Watch Later Playlist, but can I just say it’s a joy to catch up on all of them!! Love these vlogs so much! Also, cannot understand how you’ve seen so few films in your life haha what did you do on sick days as a kid? Catnip! I would worry the cats may be on a special diet do maybe stay away from food/treats but I give my neighbors cat some catnip and he visits every day. He waits, gets the catnip and plays for a while before trotting off to another adventure.

It could be the baking soda or baking powder... sometimes if they have been open for a while they aren’t as “strong”

I would never feed other people's cats (animals in general) because they might be on a diet or allergic or something so maybe a toy?

I know. I am sweltering here in the US, wish it were sweater weather here.

The hygienist is torture!!! My goggles fog up, I get a sweaty forehead & last time her assistant had to hold me down. Such a baby but that water thingy is awful. Can I recommend ‘When Harry met Sally’, classic romantic comedy.
