welcome to a week in my life (from over a year ago!) ✨
bello everyone! I have been wanting to make new youtube videos for a looooong time but I didn’t really have the time and leisure to film and edit ☹️. This video was filmed on April 2023 which is over a year ago! Editing and watching this video made me realize how different my life is now compared to 14 months ago and it made me more grateful of everything I have now. This time last year, I spent many all-nighters to study for exams and to do requirements, had only one good meal a day, went home to my family only 2-3 times a month, had multiple breakdowns and anxiety attacks, felt down and left behind. It was such a difficult time but I have always believed that when you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom, there’s no other way to go but up.
Today, I cannot stay up past 2AM, has gained weight from eating home-cooked meals (cc maderty), and has more time for myself, family, friends, and hobbies. I still cry over the little and not so little things but I am feeling more better and healthier emotionally and mentally. Physically, I’m still clumsy but I can jog for 5k so that’s a win! Most importantly, I am growing at my own pace and taking my own path. Rocky as it may be but it is mine.
