I just checked Amazon. They are still selling Diablo DVD video games 🎮, with ratings of 4.0 and above. The people that buy and play the games will see what happens to them in the next lifetime. Let’s hope that they will all come around and see the light, as this teenaged boy did.

3 teens in our house right now. Believe me when I say that we are in their rooms and in their business. If we see or find anything questionable or inappropriate we immediately pull it and explain why. Violent video games are forbidden as is hip hop, hard rock, etc. No cable tv, no dish, no Netflix in our house. You have to keep that stuff out of your house as much as possible

There should be a Cross or Crucifix in every room of your home. God should be welcomed to our homes. In fact we should make it so very clear to God that He is welcomed that He doesn't have to knock to come in.

I bless with holy water everything that comes into my home ( our FSSP priest comes in once a year ) and especially the bedrooms of my 4 children. They are young adults now and am glad to say faithful to the Lord. My 24 year old daughter recently broke up with her boyfriend of 4 years when it came to the point of choosing between him or Jesus and no she’s not entering the convent (she’s a medical student).

Love Fr Blount. May watch this tommorow as not good to read or view spiritually dark subject before bedtime. No need for the Dark One's image on this topic. Please avoid it. Best not to mention the name as it can come into ones thoughts. If name is said of a dark spirit it may invoke it. Pray to Jesus and Guardian Angel to block Adversary name out. And pray the Archangel Michael prayer for protection and to ask God to rebuke it.

In Diablo you fight demons so how is that a bad thing

Dear Fr. Blount there are too many ways the demon comes into the lives of our (adult) children, and their children (our grandchildren) through entertainment, video games, 🎮 books 📚 masks (used mostly during Halloween etc. Our loved ones do not practice their baptismal faith which results in leaving their children unprotected by the Sacraments, prayer, and knowledge of the love our Divine Savior Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for us. We are grateful to your service for the salvation of souls. We will continue to pray ferverently for our loved ones until and in hope they return to the one true faith. God bless you Fr. Blount. Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on us. Virgin Most Powerful pray for us. All Angels and Saints in heaven pray for us.

Oh I will have to tell my husband he plays that game. It’s a game where you kill the devil, I guess he thought it was harmless because your killing demons etc. I will have to show him this.

I 100% agree with Father about dirty/cursing words. I see the downfall of teens because of swear words. People justify it and make excuses for it and once you start you can't stop. Thankfully, my son has learned why I don't allow it and we talk about it.

Use Holy water, and blessed candles. 🕯 Also, play Gregorian Chant music in your home even when it is only you who has it playing. 🎵 Play the music while cleaning your home. Also music of Ave Maria. @@petramiranda5095 Great advice!! I do the same thing! There's a really beautiful Chant of the Holy Spirit on KZread that I play alot, and Holy Water, prayer (Rosary definitely, daily!), candles--the works!! Bombard the place with Holiness!!

Thank you Father. I used to listen to heavy metal all the time. When I started getting serious about my faith that attachment just left me. Same with drinking and other worldly things. Today my bedroom looks like a shrine. I am a Marian Consecrate and this coming up Wednesday I will be a St. Joseph Consecrate too. I am so happy to have had a conversion 9 years ago and a spiritual awakening a few years ago understanding the spiritual warfar much more clearly. Our God is awesome. Praise be His name forever!

@@Samantha-gu4nd start doing it, once it's all set up ask a priest to do an exorcism and a blessing then once a year get it Blessed again and again. Put up a st. Benedict crucifix in each window and doorway, holy water in each room. A marian alter..candles..

Honestly I think the Holy Spirit lead me to this video. I don’t watch much TV anymore unless it’s for learning, but I saw a couple of episodes of this new animated show and it absolutely damaged my peace. It was violent and gory and I remember being able to watch that type of content without batting a lash. Going to church and making time for prayer really helped me to do that. I could feel the tightness well up in my chest even though the scene was fantasy and knew that isn’t from Christ, Christ is peace. It just goes to show how we have to guard ourselves at all times. This teaching by Father Blount is anointed. Thank you Father 💜🙌
