OMG, I keep watching Shane and Mandy's 'A Walk To Remember' clips on youtube after watching the movie 100x over this quarantine that I memorized their lines already. I just wish they could've been real but I love their friendships.

I absolutely love this movie! It's a way better movie than Mandy Moore's 2003 movie How To Deal. Better love interest as well, I like Shane West's character Landon better than Trent Ford's character in How To Deal Macon Forrester is his name. I got How To Deal because it centers around a teen-age girl who's parents just got divorced because I am a person with divorced parents so... Hallie Mandy's character in How To Deal was kind of close to her mom not so close to her dad, had some major issues with him to sum it up I related to the movie. The difference between Landon and Macon is Landon never left Jamie, he was always with her never abandoned her where as Macon left Hallie, he got scared and ran but he came back, but still. I think Landon and Jamie have a stronger relationship, a more passionate one, they truly love each other and would never let go of each other, not even for a second. I think Hallie and Macon just had a silly high school romance that didn't really mean anything so. That's my thought on both movies.

Jamie is so cute

Loved this movie, then 20 years later I found out it was released after Here on Earth. Makes it feel like such a copycat, but A Walk to Remember did it so much better.
