Amazing! I had no idea Scotland had such beautiful beaches! How long does it take to cross to the island by ferry? …and did you get a ticket? 😉

Thanks for watching Frank, glad you liked it. Berneray Island has a causeway out to it so once on North Uist you can drive to it. In fact there are several causeways that link a number of the Island on the Uists... just like the causeways that link the Florida Keys, but on a small scale. James

@@JamesFleming888 , thanks; sorry I wasn’t clear, I meant how much time does it take to ride the ferry from Ulg (I believe) to North Uist?

@@franklacey5054 Hey Frank it was about 2 hours for us. But that said from Stirling (where we stay) to Uig took a long time. So it was about 12 hours door to door.
