Perfect randomness vlog as a I watch from my boat in Port Dover, the rain falling outside. Loved the jazz music playing in background, so cozy for a Sunday morning. Henry is rather handsome isn't he? He can be a real rotter but then he'll give me a slow blink with those gorgeous eyes and all is forgiven! He has me wrapped around his little paw. Glad you enjoyed the random nonsense! 💕

Gorgeous randomness! And thank you for all the HenryCat footage....excellent! (and Tiger too, of course). I'll go for the old-fashioned classic packaging every time....how fortunate that you have so many classic brands still available to you. I often wondered about that lion on the Golden Syrup tin...I admit to not having looked at it too closely...I think I told myself it was just sleeping 😭...I mean, it's a bit off-putting I suppose but not catastrophically so. Anyway, thanks for the beautiful garden tour. I thought of you yesterday as I was snipping some roses from the garden to bring indoors...you're right, they smell divine - no comparison with shop-bought flowers. xo

The funny thing is I can't say I'd noticed the situation with the lion on the tin UNTIL they said they were changing it and why! I'd still be oblivious to this day had they not put it out there. Am touched that you thought of me when cutting roses, that's actually made my day! Yes, nothing smells as good as a rose from the garden . x

What a perfect video, Sadie! I loved hearing and seeing the rain, so delightfully exquisite ❤ Henry cat is so fine, I so enjoy seeing him and Tiger, too. Your roses are absolutely gorgeous. I almost fell off my chair at Violet’s age this year… how is that possible lol?! Time does fly, but I do try to appreciate every moment I can, as you do, too. 😘

I know, the years have flown by haven't they? It's bittersweet too, time for her to spread her wings, and yet I look at her and see my little baby in her pram, reading a comic and chomping a snack on the way home from the shops. 😥 I have to include the cats, they are too fabulous not to film! x

Hahaha 😆 very funny about the golden syrup. As a mum and introvert who works full-time from home, your videos always feel like a catch up with a friend. Btw not shallow at all, you're just visually sensitive, nothing wrong with liking cute things. Vintage style font and styling on packaging looks lovely.

Being a Kiwi - I am partial to Vegemite. However, growing up in Canada it was hard to get. Most stores do sell Marmite now, so I am happy with either. I agree on packaging. When I lived in Connecticut I would buy a particular brand of baking powder in a beautiful red and white canister. I brought it home to Canada with me and would dump my baking powder into that canister!
