Spot on. I’ve been battling with health insurance to get my medical bills paid and I’ve been working so hard to move up and get a raise. My boss always looks out for me giving me more hours than the other girls and they’re very jealous and gossip. I do have a childlike nature and was actually promoted to work with kids and that only fueled their jealousy more. They feel entitled to hours and raises because they’ve been with the company longer but they’re all in college. Meanwhile I’ve been doing this for almost 5 years in another company. They’re all very catty and make work harder but I’m excited for my new position 🙂
