May this time be sacred and special for you both. My life raising 3 children and now enjoying 4 grandchildren, have included the sharing of my love of books. My granddaughter said to her Mum, Grandma gives the bestest books and that warms my ❤. Frog and Toad were special in our house too.

My daughter just turned 19 🫣 what I can say is, don’t put so much pressures on yourselves to do it “right”. You’ll get advice from all corners, but ultimately it’s up to you and Geoff how to raise your little. And it’s possible (as I’ve been told by mine), that even when you think you made all of those right decisions, your child disagrees 😅 Good thing we have amazing communication and I can apologize years later for my unintentional faults! I have zero doubts you will be raising a well-rounded, fun-loving child, since their parents seem just the same😉 I hope your pregnancy continues to be easy and uneventful and that you and baby stay healthy 🩷 I can’t wait to see all of your upcoming projects come to fruition. Maybe the timing wasn’t (isn’t?) what you were expecting for this news, but I love your approach to not lose yourselves too much in this process. Babies take a lot because they need it, but you need it too! Cheers to you both! And feel free to vent or share whatever you choose, we’ll be here ☺️
