    I have tried a few dishes here. It's not for everybody. But the concept is good. Price is on the high side though. Taste will take getting used to.

    Great work! However, it is essential to be cautious about consuming uncooked food with various pathogenic microorganisms in the water and air during the cooking process. Moreover, the fact that a food is uncooked does not necessarily imply that it is natural. While this cooking process does not use oil, it can still result in a meal with the same calorific value as the natural oil content of the plant material. Sometimes the oil content in the material might be higher than a cooked food as the cooking process heats and melts away most fat and oil. There is a direct relationship between humans, the living organisms they consume, cooking techniques, and food intake based on different lifestyles. These factors are interrelated and have developed together over many years. Food that is not cooked will have a very dense polymer of biological matter (carbohydrate, protein, fat, etc.), and it can be hard to digest. When digested after a longer period, it will release more energy that will potentially go into storage as excess. The cooking processes used over time have helped people sustain their energy levels during feeding cycles. Therefore, people with less physical activity tend to eat balanced meals. So, it is better to consider this meal as another option that is cheaper and more creative, along with other food systems we have.

    Bro they use ragi flour mixed with all ingredients and use hot water to cook itself. So it's healthier than rice flour and doesn't need to be steamed
