Hi Hannah! Congratulations on settling into your life as a professional ballerina and it’s been so amazing to watch you grow! I am 16 and you have been such an immense inspiration for me; I started dance a few years ago and have just began rhythmic gymnastics. Although I can never go professional, it will definitely remain a life passion for me and I may delve into choreography in the future. You are so unbelievably talented, hard-working, dedicated and disciplined, and hence a wonderful role model who always helps me with my motivation. You really are quite amazing! a good mix of both is a good idea. I personally like doing at least 2 cardio sessions a week and pilates every day :)
