    wow you are able to do a lot in one day. I am very Impressed. I personally max out my body at about 3 homes in - out or 4 homes when it is outside only. Y ou sir are a legend.

    Joseph Fraser There is a playlist on my channel called My Business Approach that has a little bit about that kind of thing. I don’t do a great deal of advertising as such apart from flyers and local directories. My social media and KZread does bring in a bit of work. I must do a video about that.😃👍🏼

    When using water fed pole, and there is a pane of glass above another, you need to make sure you clean the frame between those two panes of glass and thoroughly rinse the area also on the way down.😃👍🏼

    Hi Ash,how do you manage with all the rain and wind. Wales has had nearly two weeks of constant rain and high winds and i have only had 2 clear days 2 work in. I dont have any commercial work and have fallen behind with what i do have,what do you do if you fall almost 2 weeks behind schedule ? hope you can advise. Another great video mate !!!

    Homogenized Humanity Its tough when there is a long spell of bad weather. I do a wide variety of work now so I usually find there is something I can get on with. If I get behind, I just get there as soon as I can, the customers usually understand.😃👍🏼

    My van is at the expensive end of the range, it’s a £7k fit out. You could do a wfp van setup much cheaper if you wanted.😃👍🏼

    That 30ft pole is super bendy ive got a 30ft Gardiner carbon fibre pole and its no where near that flexi.

    Why don't you soap the entire window when the washer is on your small pole. ( outside shops ) I find this much easier on my back.

    tony adams Good idea. The lower half could dry out by the time you get to it if you wet all 3, I guess that’s why I just did the tops. But if your applicator is wet enough then yeah, go for it! Or just do one whole large pane at a time?😃👍🏼

    Awesome video! How do you make the bottom sash on double-hungs perfect? I sometimes get spotting from the crevices dripping down and need to touch up traditionally. I've tried running lower pressure, but still get spots...

    Try to get the bristles into all those cracks and crevices to help get the dirt out, and I find that those kind of jobs are better when they are done nice and regular.😃👍🏼

    Hi Ashley. Noticed the bend in that OVA pole, very whippy looking, i imagine it would be a difficult pole to control at height & in breezy conditions?

    Yeah, I love the 22ft Ova8, but I have to say the longer versions are a bit flexi.

    Hi Ashley, thanks for making these videos very helpful to a potential new starter like myself. On the first Taco Bell, what were you doing with the poll on the exterior when at the top of the window? Looked like you were knocking the squeegee against the top of the frame? Many thanks!

    David James You need 2-3 short sharp drags down to pick up all the soap at the top so you don’t leave streaks down the glass. I did a video on straight pulls that might help you. I will put a link to it in the description here.😃👍🏼

    Keith’s Pressure Washing Thanks! You should be careful using SH on upvc as it could cause discolouration. I use a upvc cleaning solution that is a bit more gentle, but still helps to cut through the dirt.😃👍🏼

    Ash, when cleaning top and out of reach windows with a wfp, do You have to use squeegee or will pure water dry with no droplets? Thanks

    The pure water should dry without leaving any spots, if it’s been cleaned and rinsed correctly.😃👍🏼

    Why do you wash 1/2 of windows first (@ 2.25)??? It was an overcast day so I would have DRENCHED ALL of 2 or 3 of those windows at once with water. Using my 24 inch squeegee, I'd start at the top and go ALL THE WAY DOWN in one motion. Bend at the knees!. That window on the right would have been cleaned with a quick 2 passes in less than 10 seconds and then wiped down around the edges. SORBO ROCKS!

    Jan Staugaard I find it can get a bit awkward lower down. I have the angles of the squeegee set for working up high. I’m a tall lad, so I find it easier to work with a squeegee in hand lower down.😃👍🏼

    Hi what app do you use for scheduling your work on please I have just started with a 350 ltr tank and a little transit van I have been a milkman all my life and canvased rounds etc just started windows for a change I want an app that does direct debit payments every 4 weeks so am not snowed under with all the banking etc any advice Thanks 😊

    Mark Spicer When the weather is bad and I am delayed, I just get there as soon as I can. The customers usually understand. Commercial work can be hard to come by. My website has worked well there, but I don’t have that much commercial work really.😃👍🏼

    Adambrightmore You can use the count the window principle but multiply it up depending on how big the glass is. Also you could think about how long you think it will take you to clean.😃👍🏼

    Don Mayleone You can pick up the basics in a couple of days, easy. A couple of weeks and you should really be starting to pick up the pace. But it could take you a few months to really get efficient at doing things to a high standard quickly. It will depend on each individual person though.😃👍🏼

Or is it something you can pick up by practicing on your own windows then going out on your own. I’m talking about traditional method here 👍

    Yeah, get some practice at home until you are confident enough, then go for it. Straight pulls is the easiest way to start using a squeegee, then more on to putting some turns in as you grow in confidence. There are more tips on technique on my channel.😃👍🏼

    Jason Catledge I did a video on how to quote for window cleaning. It can vary on the area of the country, or wether a job is in town or in a village. But £1-£2 per window is a good place to start.😃👍🏼

    There is not much point in saying since it is up to you and your business, and where you live in the country can also make a big difference. Keep setting yourself realistic targets that will help to motivate you and your business will continue to grow, that’s what’s important here.😃👍🏼
