it is 1 of the ritual done during iyenger / tamil brahmana wedding. it is like a game,...to foster the relationship...also few other games carried out btw bride and groom in the end of marriage also....like find ring inside pot,,,, throw flower balls...yellow rice shower,.....appalam breaking on head... and much more. plz respect others culture,,,all rituals has its own benefit and significance.

One state is very clear... Tamilnadu Iyengar ///...which is the other state? 😀😃😃
