  • @bhaskartripathi

    Жыл бұрын

@@saisanaka8192 yes, it will for sure. Initially, focus on the root chakra only (the annus) and think that it is giving you creative energy. It is not muse that is helping, it is your kind and loving thoughts. While focussing on the root think not about you but about your close ones and how you would make their life better and provide joy to them. Gratitude meditation will help you. And God is watching and there for you.

Although some of these instructions are solid for the beginner, it is not all necessary. What is most important is that you are truly calm and relaxed. Also, being comfortable is great, but remember this: Meditation is also used during moments of distress. If you are not comfortable being uncomfortable during meditation, how can you meditate during a anxiety attack. If you want to conquer things fast, practice when you are uncomfortable as well. Start like he states in the video to get familiar with the feeling, but once you got that, practice when bad shit is happening in your head. Trust me... you can do it. You can do anything! Don’t give up on yourself! There’s more to this btw. If you deep enough, they will come to you.

Your previous video convinced me to get the muse 2, and I still had a few questions that you answered in this video :) I started to practice some Joe Dispenza meditations like the blessing of the energy centers not long ago, and I love the idea to use that as priming! One thing I still do not know - 1. Did you recommend this after taking food or before eating anything? I have observed on muse data that the heart rate goes a bit up because of the digestive process after eating. 2. Is doing muse meditation the first thing in morning advisable (after clearing your system and exercises) or we should take a shower first. My questions may seem stupid but please provide guidance on these aspects.

  • @CodyRallMD

Hi Bhaskar! I do my neurofeedback first thing in the morning before showering or anything. On an empty stomach. I only eat in the evening (fasting all day). I think eating makes your mind sluggish and should not be done before meditation.

I have found it always takes about 20 minutes to get all of the junk out of my head. Once that is gone, meditation can start. It is a weird thing to try and describe. I try to pull the energy from my pineal towards my spine.

Why not just meditate without the electronics wired to your head? Just follow the breath and slow the breath down to 6 or less per minute. It is free and you do not have to worry about it breaking down and getting tech support via email to fix things. No subscriptions, no advertisements, no headaches.
