Most of the money will go to transfer military equipment and replenish U.S. stocks of weapons and vehicles. Urgent supplies of ATACMS and air defence interceptor missiles will arrive 'as soon as possible,' - as stated by the Pentagon. The fiasco of the delayed aid is regrettable, but the bill passing at least demonstrated how democracy is supposed to work: that one supreme leader shouldn't make all the decisions.

Yes, democracy practiced with checks and balances has worked for more than 200 years. But it has borrowed heavily planting the delicate flower of democracy where it was not wanted. Ukraine wants it.
