Jacob and Kevin are from Canada but Kevin is from S. Korea but moved to Canada and Jacob is actually from Canada. Eric is from L.A. and is friends with GOT7's Mark because Mark is from L.A. as well. And Kevin really has no filter that's why he has so many iconic lines videos because he has no filter and Jacob is the Angel of The Boyz and Eric is the L.A. boy. But if you put them together in 1 room, it is super chaotic

I highly suggest checking out the individual guides by Jellykims (first one is "An Introduction to THE BOYZ : Sangyeon" and then goes in order of age) and the group guide called "a HELPFUL introduction to THE BOYZ (2021)" by kpopluv. Them in order of age for reference and their birth year: Sangyeon - 96 Jacob - 97 Younghoon - 97 Hyunjae - 97 Juyeon - 98 Kevin - 98 Chanhee - 98 Changmin - 98 Haknyeon - 99 Sunwoo - 00 Eric - 00 There was also a member who had the stage name Hwall (was 00-Liner and part of Maknae Line), but he left the group in October 2019 due to an injury in his ankle that he struggled with since predebut. Jellykims has a guide about him too and many Deobi from prior to his departure still consider him family. His name is Hyunjun and he's a solo artist now (Check out "Baragi" and "VO!D" if interested.); and he is also modelling and acting (Check out the short series "Color Rush" if interested).

Haknyeon's name is commonly pronounced by English-speaking fans with that hard "K" and "N" sound, but in Korean the "K" followed by an "N" has a rule where it turns into almost a "ng" sound. So his name sounds phonetically like "Ha-ng-yeon". It doesn't sound like the English word "Hang", either. It's a bit hard to explain if you don't already know some Korean, so many fans just call him with that hard "K" and "N" sound. If you type his name into a translator, you can kinda hear that it doesn't have a hard "K" or "G" sound, but flows into the next syllable beautifully. Example: In the "Game Fairy" video I'll link, around 19:59 you can hear him pronounce his shortened name of "Hak" twice and it sounds like "Ha-ng".
