@@ospreyslender8931 é sim kkk Aquiris tinha o ballistic também, acho que fazer o Horizon Chase tem muito a ver com a influencia de top gear do super nintendo,que no brasil era muito popular.

I absolute love horizon chase, specially since when i was a child i used to play top gear 1, 2 and 3 with my dad and is what got me into cars

I want more arcade games like this

It reminds me a bit of Outrun 2006, love such games

The evolution in graphics and aesthetics is literally the exact the same as the original Outrun > Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast. It's incredibly charming. Even if you remove nostalgia from the argument, a lot of modern "cartoony" games often don't quite hit that vibrant and saturated look that this game absolutely nails

When I got time I'm buying this game. It looks so much fun and with my style of enviroment - colorful. This game makes me wanna have more of this non-open world games just for the variety that is possible to be made of course if done right. Amazing

cool that you got sponsored to play it, I will likely not be supporting it due to issues with Epic exclusivity and the Switch port performing terribly, but I do really enjoy how the game looks, I hope to play it in a proper way someday...

I used to play asphalt 8 on a Nokia Mobile Phone of my grandma. There was baiscally like this game. This brought back so many memories of playing on nokia phone and arcade games. But nice to see you stepping out of your comfort zone and playing arcade games!

I don't blame them. For a Brazilian dev having someone like Epic fundraising them is BIG money. I still fucking hate PC exclusives and I don't use Epic, so I ain't buying even if I liked the first one. But I understand why they might have accepted the deal. We can still "demo" it anyway.

It's still missing the obstacles. Where are the oil slicks? Road construction barriers? Ramps and logs that make you catch air? That was the one thing missing from the 1st game compared to the classics like Top Gear and Lotus...

Horizon chase is so cool, i beat it 100% on PC and on PS4 Cant wait to play the second

If I'm entirely honest, while I love this game's graphics I slightly prefer the previous version, since it stayed so close to its Out Run origin, with the distant non-moving backgrounds, the pixely clouds etc. Minor gripe, though, and the gameplay here is a bit better.

i played the first one and really enjoyed it! it was difficult to keep up, these games are faaaaaast, had to learn the tracks including the placement of collectables to compensate for my slow brain. didn't finish it though.

Is the car upgrade system like the first game where you need to clear bonus race?

The first part of this game is cool tho, and this is more awesome.

The car sounds remind me of the first asphalt, urban gt.

Cool, the first game was pretty fun. It did have this bug that caused the framerate to gradually go down the longer the race went. Hope that's not in this one lol.

As much as I loved the first Horizon Chase Turbo, and SO want to play this - I'm going to have to wait until it comes to Steam. Whenever that is. Plus, it sucks the devs took the Epic money, since without Steam they would never have made it big with the first game since it was so huge on Steam at the time. But it is what it is. I assume Horizon 2 will be on Steam in the next 3 months or so, but we'll see.

is this on Amazon Luna yet? hope its in the October Prime Gaming lineup (HC Turbo was earlier this year)!

finally, outrun 3 or no, nevermind... no heart attack mode, no drifting, no stages (is that what they're called?), the visuals do look kinda outrun 2-y aight i get it's not directly inspired by outrun, doesn't mean i can't see similarities

What are the N pickups? I only did the first 2 areas but when i played the playground there were N icons on the map. I know that the nitrous bottles are portions of a full bottle and you need to get enough to fill it up to get a full boost added to your bank, but i can't figure out what the Ns are.
