If you watch "once upon a time in Hollywood", Leonardo DiCaprio's character Rick Dalton says the same thing, pretty much, about the then "new Hollywood", since he was a part of the Golden era of Hollywood
Laughed every time he said "most glamorous place on earth"
the guy giving the intro at the start new damm well there was a sign just out of camera which said. "dont sit on the railing" he was a pro,all for the shot
