Hello Nicolas. Hope all is well. Your sister’s garden is magnificent, so well structured around the house and blended with the countryside. I really love the extended garden as you look out into the fields, so lucky that’s there’s no house nearby. The garden designer did a great job. It’s so nice of your sister, and yourself, for sharing all of this with us. Glad your sister decided on a kitchen garden and greenhouse as opposed to a pool… like here in Ireland, I don’t think the UK gets the weather for pools!!! The David Austin centre looks so amazing, wow… it seems like such an amazing place to live. Safe trip back to Scotland. Tomás ☘️😀

I would love to have a garden like that, just on a smaller scale, of course. It's amazing what your sister and husband have accomplished with the property inside and out.

I would "stealth plant" a full length of the field edge with further lavender bushes along the other side of the fence. Just to soften the horizontal, linear planes and extend the vision. As you meander with mojito in hand the field will then feel as though it is part of the property.
