Same here, if it is not in front of me, I forget that I have it and forget to use it. Is this a sign we have too many supplies??? Nahhhhh it is just a sign we have too many ideas and not enough time to use all the supplies ❤❤❤ and I am sticking to it!!! 😂

Any wood with holes really should be treated to be on the safe side, You should be able to get woodworm killer in a tin, brush all over and let it soak in, if there are any eggs in there it will kill them Your craft room is wonderful. Xx

Barbara: boy,- I wish I was as organized as you are. I’m thinking of taking a week off from my job and to really get into it. My studio is an embarrassment. I’m not buying anything because I know I have it and just can’t find it. If you can’t find it, you can’t use it. I don’t even like to think of it. However, I’m at the point, I need to just do it! You might have just pushed me enough to get going! Carol from California

What a beautiful dream 😂! It’s so wonderful to have that amazing Scrapbox. Given that you are an artist who makes art for a living, I can’t imagine you NOT having something so organized. I believe your beautiful organized room is conducive to making such beautiful art. You seem a lot like me in that too much mess or chaos actually inhibits your creativity. Thank you for giving us a tour of this amazing storage box. I’m sure you feel like you could easily have another one on a different wall 😂! Hugs 🤗❤️

Hi Barbara. Thanks so much for, once again, sharing your creative space. It's always inspirational, and your honesty is refreshing - how many of us 'find' things we'd forgotten about, things we no longer use, and/or items that need a new home! This video is a timely reminder that I should have another go at refining and reorganizing my supplies - I'm pretty sure there are some hidden treasures that need rescuing in amongst everything else! 😊🧡💚🤎

So wonderfully organized!! ❤ It is so much fun to step back and see the space where you create such gorgeous art! It is an absolute sanctuary! 😃I am still living vicariously and can only dream of such a space but I absolutely enjoy seeing how you store your tools and supplies. I have gained so many ideas on how to organize in my little coat closet and utilize every inch of space. Thank you so much!! Blessings from Texas!!🥰🥰

Love how going through your supplies you found many things you had forgotten and as I was watching I thought I remember you using that on a project. Will be interesting to see what you do with them. Maybe you could randomly choose a draw every so often and make something, using an item from the draw.

Barbara, I love that cabinet. Wish I had room for it. Good thing you are showing us you craft things, you found some things you didn’t know where they had gone. 😊. I need that spray for the ink pads. I use mostly small ones and you are right, they do dry out quick. TFS! ❤️

I do love your armoire 😍 and all your old pieces. The book press is beautiful 😍. My pencils and pastels are also neglected but will never throw away. I have to keep everything in plastic sweet jars, if I don't see it, I don't have it 🙈. Lol discovering a 'lost ' supply is awesome🙊. Ohhh THAT'S what that weird ring is for 😂😂😂 thank you! Pleased I kept it now 😁. Barbara you can add your perfect pearls to sprays and paints! Tfs and have a great day 💖💖💖

Barbara, here's an idea,,, grab a pen and paper. watch this video. As you hear yourself say, I don’t use this because I forget I have it, write it down, keep as a list and put numbers out in front of each item. Once in awhile, randomly think of a number, grab that item, and create or just explore with it. Most often we forget things and it’s not because we don’t like them, they’re just not on our radar. You may find that something will become a go-to for several projects before you put it back on the shelf. If you do this let us know what came out of hibernation, lol. Sharing what is in each of your bins may have already gotten you to do something like this. 🥰👍

WOW, this was an eye opener for me. I enjoy creating cards and journals. I don't sell them. Instead, I gift them for special occasions or 'Just Because ' times. I love to watch all the creative crafts out there. I like to get ideas, suggestions from all crafters. One said before going out to buy something, check your home stash. Sure enough, I went back, checked my own little store and there it was😅. Today, I heard you mention you were looking for the item, didn't know where it was, I learned that I need to take inventory of what I have in my containers and I don't have a lot. I have moved and I got overwhelmed with all that I had that was the time I took to declutter, and that has also helped me from not buying unless I truly need it. Thank you for sharing your awesome craft closet. Well done.👍

I think you should challenge yourself...take one thing that you have said many times you don't use something enough, and put it on your desk and make something with it. I find that when I see something I haven't used in awhile, I pull it out and make myself use it. Just a thought.
