@@TTKayers. They’re all related to each other. Charles and Diana both descended from Sir William Gascoigne. Charles and Camilla are ninth cousins once removed via the family line of Henry Cavendish. Diana and Camilla are both descended from Charles II. Sarah and Diana were fourth cousins, descended from William Cavendish Catherine’s great-great-grandmother was the 10 x great-granddaughter of Sir William Gascoigne so that makes William and Catherine fourteenth cousins once removed through Diana and fifteenth cousins through Charles. Even Meghan is a direct descendant of King Edward III, which makes her and Harry 17th cousins. I expect we’re all related if we go back far enough!

This shows how fans from around the world still love Diana and will forever remember her, but not Charles, I once heard a person say this: he drop a diamond 💎 and picked a rock 🪨

Diana feigned interest in Charles’ interests and hobbies (Balmoral, fishing hunting, etc.)-basically, she pretended to be who Camilla is, a hunting, shooting, fishing, reading country girl. Then as soon as they were on their honeymoon (most of which was at Balmoral), Diana declared each of his interests as borrrring. When the honeymoon moved on to Balmoral she would have have fits of screaming and crying when he wouldn’t do what she wanted when she wanted him to do it (the court was at Balmoral for the summer so there was official business going on and many witnesses). After the honeymoon she proceeded to, one by one, separate him from his friends (he would give in to avoid conflict with her), then his staff (who would quit because she would not look at or speak to those she wanted to leave). In her mind, she loved him, but then attempted to change everything about him, and if he wanted any kind of peace, he would comply. Diana and her family, particularly the Spencers, were very ambitious and misrepresented who she was to the RF, particularly regarding her emotional health & stability. The Spencer’s actually had a bit of a reputation for unstable men (Diana’s mom cited abuse in the divorce), but the RF didn’t think the mental issues affected the Spencer women. Diana actually refused to cooperate with mental health professionals provided by the RF when they realized how unstable she was, and wouldn’t accept mental health help for years (yes, the RF tried to get her professional help) until a friend threatened to out her bulimia to the press because she was afraid it would kill her. And that is just how she treated Charles. As a grown woman she held hostility towards her mother for leaving her abusive father (her mother took Diana & her brother with her but lost custody), pushed her 60 year old stepmother down the stairs (long after Diana married btw), threw her stepmother’s things out the window in trash bags after her father died, fired one staff for claiming expenses with the palace for some trips with Diana (completely legitimate expenses), and fired another who was the currier delivering tapes to Andrew Morten for her for accepting reimbursement from the publishing company. The virginal “Shy Di” persona was completely a creation of a press. A bit like the common impression that the Queen Mother “sweet ol’granny.” Diana admitted to straying first from the marital bed, with her affair that began in 1985 with her protection officer, Barry Mannakee. She met James Hewitt shortly afterward, and they became lovers that November. ----- Diana was at least as petty, vengeful, and malevolent as she was kind. Diana planned on marrying Prince Andrew all her life (it’s why her nickname was Duch) until she realized she had a chance of being Princess of Wales, succeeding where her sister, Sarah, failed. Diana pretended to be interested in Charles’ hobbies & interests (fishing, hunting, gardening, art, architecture, reading, country life/Balmoral) to get him to marry her, then after the wedding she dropped the pretense of sharing his interests and tried to get him to drop them all. She pushed him to drop most of his friends & his long time staff one by one. Diana cheated on Charles first, between the births is William & Harry, and repeatedly thereafter. The Spencers knew that Diana was emotionally unstable but kept this information from the RF. Once the RF realized how disturbed she was the RF repeatedly obtained mental health help for her but she refused to cooperate. Diana didn’t seriously apply herself to treatment until a long time friend threatened to expose her bulimia to the press because she believe she would die from it. Diana once poured something all over the expensive car of a date, ruining the paint, for cancelling on her & poured glue in the locks of another. She fired at least two staff (people that need a paycheck to survive) for claiming work expenses with the palace, saying they made money off her. As a grown married woman, Diana still blamed her mother for leaving her physically & emotionally abusive father, pushed her 60 year old stepmother, Raine, down the stairs, and after her father died put Raine’s belongings in trash bags and threw them out of an upstairs window.
