    Probably one of the best parts of this series. Sadly, a main reason is because it lacks the distracting "hip" music that plagues other segments.

    Briseur De Lance This is the British Army,they would NEVER allow such a thing to be done.Dimming of bright ware yes,but not removal.We know this as when bodies from WW1 are recovered in Europe to this day,the first thing they look for are the insignia that indicate what regiment/rank the individual is from.The metal insignia and other metal items being the only other items to survive apart from the bones.

    Beautiful video of truth and more or less honesty on what can really happen. Officers are usually more reserved no matter what country they come from it seems. Japan 1980s for me as single enlisted soldier than Iraq as an officer 18 years later.

    Damian Clark toward the end of the war, your basic troops and officers had a mutual resoect for each other. The common clay knew that the officers were higher priority targets.

  • @damianclark1763

    @damianclark1763

    6 жыл бұрын

    Jemp Hurr I never said there wasn't mutual respect (not just at the end of the war but throughout it and in general)... but they wouldn't have socialised together. They would've eaten separately, slept separately and when there was any respite from the frontline, the enlisted men and the officers would have spent that time separately... This separation is nothing to do with social class or lack of respect... it's practical, military discipline... There are, and always have been, good reasons why enlisted men and officers don't fraternize with one another.

Laughing , bragging on your past conquests. In Istanbul a old lady plucking a chicken stopped to inspect our peckers also . Unfortunately when she held mine , I'll just say things got rather explosive! Totally missed her off. I thought she would do to me what she was doing to the chicken. LolTo be 18 again.
