To much cinnamon and you dont eat enough or drink enough water your body is speaking to you im a chunky girl but i have droped serious weight when my diet consist of 5 or more bowl size or fist size daily when i was able to aford it and it didnt matter what i ate now im pre menopausal and body is going into survival mode as its dealing with alot of stress but i get back my body to a healthier weight in the next few years i love you and want you to stay healthy girl be well and even if your not hungry eat something a fast metabolism is only fast when its working over time what you put in is what you will get out and 20 min walk that gets your heart elevated stretches is more than enough exercise you were beautiful thicker and are beautiful now too just little less soft cuddly as i would put it just wishing you to feel good women dont usually in many ways and at time do things to make our selves acceptable instead of accepting our selves and wanting to do things to make our selves feel better than catering to others that might not be there down the road i did alot of growing in every way over the last few years i guess i see myself when i watch your vids and i love me take care of you first
