Ellie I love your vlogs! But did you know coffee makes anxiety worse? I’ve had a very very low anxiety episode and now that I’m over it I can say drinking almost no coffee makes such a difference!

Yeah even decaf can cause anxiety. It’s better to swap coffee for like a salted caramel hot cocoa or something

Coffee increases your heart rate which makes you more anxious

it's a cold autumn night here in italy, currently under the sheets watching ur videos, u don't understand the comfort and love u give w just 10 min. ur editing also is always so worm. I just wish u could do longer videos cause I love u like that.

I don’t know if you have been doing this for a while but I’ve noticed that your eyes twitch a lot, it usually can be a blinking tic due to stress and anxiety I think most people outgrow it. I hope your anxiety gets a lot better and I definitely recommend drinking less caffeine and more natural drinks! Love you Ellie
