Ingredients for a 16*16 frame:
Strawberry puree 200 gr
Sugar 100 gr
Gelatin 220bl 10 gr
Cold water 60 gr

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Heat the purée with sugar.
Add gelatine to the hot puree.
Mix well and beat with a mixer until lush.
Chill for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator and slice!
