2024 and this is still a great song

I came back here to this video after watching their reunion performance. 25 years of A*teens I can't believe it. I feel old now haha. Love to see them back together again and performing. Always loved them :)

As a kid, I remember logging in to their website and chatting with other teenagers about music and how cool this band was.

And just as intended, the A*Teens were my 8 year old self’s gateway drug to ABBA.

I remember when this song was on radio I was 20 yesrs old. Now I'm 42. When I listen to again, I feel a bunch of good feelings and memories like Past girlfriends, the sensation of don't worry so much, many friends and people that were gone and some are still beside me

This video brought me to tears. I remember so much. Even the girl who takes a sip of the soda and goes back to dancing became so iconic in my brain.

Being old enough to have heard ABBA's version released and then this version. I can honestly say I love them both. Have been a huge fan of both groups since they came out. My kids brought the A*Teens CD home one day a couple decades ago, and it blew me away. Of course they are all grown, and I definitely am :) One of many groups we all still like to listen to together.

Es que en realidad "Ateens" es una abreviación de "Abba Teens". El grupo originariamente se llamaba así porque hacía covers de Abba. Vendría a ser la nueva versión juvenil de Abba. luego se cambio por " "ateens"

Yes, the song is originally from the 70s but the production on this screams late 90s/early millennium. You guys just want to sound smart by saying it’s a cover when everyone knows it’s a cover. 😪

I remember one time my sis and I heard this on Radio Disney when we were kids, and even though we liked it we had no idea it was a cover until our dad told us so.

Strange feeling when Abba teens are about 40 years old and youre still listening original ABBA

I've started ballet classes and dance classes in general when I was 7 years old, It was 1999 and this song was the first choreography i've ever learnt and performed at a stage. So many beautiful memories come to my mind while listening to this song, it was the beginning of my true love, my love for dancing

ATeens, ABBA-Teens. Even this version is pretty great haha

@@chdreturns Oh I was mostly joking 🤣 I don't think any of them have bad blood with each other - there's really nothing to support that. They appear to be supportive of each other. Marie's a mom, but still active in Sweden. Amit recently relocated to Iceland. Dhani is still INVOLVED (hehe) with music. Sara appears to be focusing on family now and is also a mom! They offer glimpses of what they're up to on their Instagram 😁

They were so young in this video. I was aLso young. I'm 31 now time flies by so fast.
