He didn’t get any significant money. There’s something called the “Assumption of risk doctrine” that say’s by buying a ticket to an event like WWE or a baseball game you’re acknowledging the risk of injury and can’t sue the venue, team, players for injuries suffered unless it’s something that goes above and beyond normal circumstances. For example if you heckled a player/wrestler and they went into the stand & beat your ass.

They didn’t pay any money, based on the wording of that court document, most likely the kid backed off after he was probably told not only would he lose the case based on his claims being false of not playing sports and the stock racing but would be open to being counter sued.

If he was really injured from The Rock and Triple H fighting out in the crowd and an ambulance had to be called to rush him to the hospital, then I’m sure everything was documented, including the injuries he sustained and the severity of those injuries. And if the claim is actually true then the WWF/E, Triple H, & The Rock are all liable for the kid’s injuries and his medical & legal expenses that his parents had to pay, but I just wonder why in the hell did he and his parents wait so long to sue the WWF/E, The Rock, and Triple H? My guess is that the kid may have gotten hurt but did not actually get injured to the extent that he’s claiming and he and probably his parents are just trying to milk as much money as they possibly can out of the WWF/E, Triple H, and The Rock.
