Definitely could’ve mixed it better. I like the concept, but I feel like some mixed parts of the song was rush in. The Tale of 2 cities chorus, should’ve been the main focus of the song, and the mixed parts of Kendrick’s verse should’ve been meshed into the chorus, and vice versa. Not every single part of each song has to be in the mix. The gun cocking park on Kendrick’s freestyle should’ve led into J.Coles’ original Chorus of the original song. Just little stuff like that, but I overall mess with the idea and concept 🔥
