Was there social phobia in your thoughts?

Hi dr sahib ji Cud b please let me know the doses of sepia 200 I can take for depression. It seems it work for me but the effect finish in 4 hrs. I feel the same no energy, no enthusiasm to do anything, fatigue, no concentration, lose of memory, tired all the time. It started 32 yrs ago when I was 38 and started my menopause. I'm sorry mam But I would advise you to consult a homoeopath and not to take medicine by yourself .... As in homoeopathy medicines are given on bases of constitution not on disease... And only a homoeopathic physician knows how to evaluate it.. PLEASE DON'T TAKE IT WRONG WAY!!!
