Здравствуйте. Я с Дальнего Востока, в советской гавани живём. Сегодня купила корень лотоса, бамбук и грибы эноки. Готовить не умею, ищу рецепты по ютуб. Как-то обжарили с дочерью, не понравилось. Видимо нужно учиться готовить это всё, тогда и будет вкусно. Пока сижу и думаю, лишь бы на унитазе не просидеть😅 Необычные блюда кушают, очень захотелось попробовать это, тем более живём на границе с Кореей. Мы с Алтайского края переехали сюда🙂

Im doing research on lotus for an art project in school and this has helped me get a wider view on the entire thing, im planning on including all stages of a lotus‘ growth to symbolize eternity and the fact my project is not bound to a single season and also ill put a couple seeds inside a picked leaf (next to the pond) like the ones you guys used to bring life into it, thank you very much!

I learned a new trick for deveining shrimp. With the shells on, go to the 2nd knuckle from the TAIL and just pop a sturdy toothpick end under the vein and pull up. It comes right out, then you can remove the shells if you like, or cook the shrimp with them on. Really good.
