Its obvious to me the author(s) watched a couple out dated videos, spliced together some others video footage and are hoping to collect clicks. For instance, listing fruits first in the list of foods is WRONG. Listing pellets is WRONG. Show me anywhere in Central America or South America where the Pellet Tree grows. Vegetables, seeds/nuts, eggs, insects, fruit etc because they are opportunistic omnivores. I've personally had birds from 850 to just shy of 1400gms. Savvy breeders can tell general geographic origin from size, shape of head and beak and pattern of facial feathering. Their personalities are more clown like and fun loving than other large macaw species.
