Exactly, even if you look at his laps where he had similar wheels spin at the start to the amount that Adam had during his no bar lap, Adam is ahead entering the corner behind his house. Ashton was definitely being overly cautious going through the chicane in case he dropped a wheel and spun again. If he attacked that corner with the same level of confidence as the rest of the track, he probably would have been on par with Adams lap time.

Take it from a someone who has raced Hondas over 40 years. You need a clutch LSD preferably a Mugen and stack it to the C setting. If not call King Motorsport. That alone in a stock CRX will be one on rim, tires, and coil-overs. Put it in that car you may set a corse record.

He downshifted, then added lots of angle just a but too fast while tapping brakes and identified that it caused then spin....great job by him to be sending it on a tiny corner and saving the house during the spin and keeping car damage minimal....honestly id say he did great.

Well I mean, Adam is used to dialed RWD drift cars and fast AF boi RWD/AWD street cars. The CRX was/is his first/only FWD car AFAIK, so maybe he was trying to set the suspension up like a non-FWD car and maybe that's why the car is/was underperforming? Lol just my guess.

Typically the stiffer will break loose first. So if you want the rear to come around, stiffen it up, sway bars first preferably. Not to mention a CRX is almost as short wheelbase as it is wide so once it steps out, it steps out really fast, same reason I sold my eg hatch, sketchier on backroads.

My friend and I were racing a motorcycle in his EG hatch. He lost it in a chicane in the Canyons. I'm talking small, very short twist in the road and we did like a 180 and almost crashed into the barrier and went over. I'm pretty sure it's why he sold his EG.
