From my past experience, this is what I learned that when your boyfriend, husband etc, gives you a condition or ultimatum this is NOT LOVE especially if your lover wants to have kids. Unconditional love is what I wanted because to be love unconditionally it is true love. We parted ways because of this, in addition to, finding out that he's at a gay bar and bringing home a gay/bisexual man's phone number. I found it in his pocket because he was spending a lot of late nights away from home. I moved out and had to close this gut wrenching chapter in my life. P.S. Ladies always remember this : WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER!!!

Well done Bimbo! The chemistry between her and her two friends was so unforced and effortless, her sarcasm and banter was flawless. Maurice seemed more relaxed and natural in his delivery than I’ve seen in some of his other movies; all three friends were awesome!

Tears rolled down my cheeks when Lara responded to the "question" what would be your place in his house? She responded "an ex helping an ex". That really got me crying. I just hope we could be loved the way we love our spouses.

This movie goes to show how you give a person all your love over five years. The first rule is not to date a man if he doesn’t love you enough to marry him. Women need to stop allowing a man to eat his cake and icing too. Brian needed to grow up and not allow his mother to dictate his life. When Bimbo left him she should have never looked back. Sam was a good in love truly from the heart and not with all the abuse. I love the ending where she actually kissed Sam. I think there needs to be a second part to see how everything play out. All the actors, Sam, Bimbo, Brian, the mother, the village girl, Bimbo sister and friend and all other actors gave an outstanding performance. Good movie with lots of good life lessons.

“What’s the secret to your great acting skills?”, Bimbo was asked and she replied: I put myself in the shoes of the character and act like I’m the one” I’ll never forget this Bimbim🥺. I love youuu❤️

A legal document affords you certain rights by LAW. There are many who are protected by law but uncommitted to their spouses. They entered man's requirement for certain reasons without fully understanding what a covenant relationship based upon what God ordained entails. This woman was living with her fiance. She understood what COVENANT love is and she honored that regardless as to what others advised her to do. Her fiance has yet to learn what a covenant relationship is. Thank God she did not get a legal contract nor have a child with this man who entered marriage with another woman and had a child with her. Now he is in a messed up situation. She is not. Whomever gets her will be getting a good woman.

The movie was good but it would’ve been nice to see the development of the actual romantic relationship between Bimbo and Maurice’s characters. I’ve noticed this a lot in Nigerian movies, where they spend the majority of the time focusing on the “wrong” couple and put little to no effort in developing the romantic element of the “right couple.” It’s a movie, I’m not looking to make up the story in my mind, I want to see it on my screen.

The story wasn't about the romance, it was about her and her fiance.. That was the story, Firgivesness and how you show kindness even in difficult situations etc.

Marie, I concur. Highly. Yet we continue to support in the hopes the writers' perspective will ascend as our collective consciousness does. For me, these movies continue to teach that forgiveness means being a doormat for others...

It's evident that you lack knowledge and only seek to negatively criticize when you don't understand what you are saying. If the ficus on the positive relationship thetevwould be no need for the movie. In everything there must be an antoganist and protaganist or better known as the villian and hero. Learn before you speak.

I just love this lady(Bimbo)she is a bunch of talent.

Brilliant young star Ms Ademoye, and co-star Mr Sam has me impressed too. Very entertaining, and could be a life experience teacher too.

I'm so happy she ended up with the best. The guy loves her so much.

Here for Maurice the smooth player.. Watch him last night in the boy next door awesome..

Loved the cast,the storyline was gr8, These actors are at the top of thier game,you continue to see so much growth literally with each film,these African films are all l look at mostly now.(Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹)
