This show has left me thirsty wanting Jesus more and more after each episode. The hugs he gives his disciples look so comforting and needed. Some days I wish he can come already but as little James said “ it would be selfish to not let others into these blessings” God bless you my friends 🙏♥️

Praying for your husband Brian. I pray God will heal him. In Jesus' i pray. Amen. 🙏🙏🙏 Keep your faith in him. My husband had cancer a few years ago. Our children were 2 and 6 at the time. I prayed for God to heal him and he did. I told God I couldn't raise these children by myself and he heard my prayers, so don't give up your faith. God bless you both. ❤

True. A VERY rare trait indeed. Interrupting has become a very cruel character flaw. Formulating an answer before hearing out a statement from someone else, and interrupting that person with your self-assured comment is very prideful and literally disgusting! The book of Proverbs calls people who practice this, "fools". Enough said.......

Thank you for the gentle pacing of this scene. Very poignant. It amazes me how I can watch dozens of interviews with Jonathan and always see Jonathan, but when he appears as Jesus he is transformed. I never mistake the two. Amazing!

But I'm mostly grateful for all the fans. Being able to endure this with everyone all over the world really opens my eyes to the love we all have for Jesus! 😢😊❤❤

A follower for 50 years and a follower of the series since day one. It is amazing how the love for our Lord deepens within your soul over the years but this series has such endearing moments that I constantly weep with joy, love, pain and sorrow. All I have wanted for longer than I can remember is to be able to hug Jesus and him me. Every time I see it portrayed in The Chosen I ball my eyes out. There is no greater love..

I saw 1-3 yesterday, after it ended I just sat there. I just got chills hearing “the time has come”. I’ve been watching sense the beginning, I’m not ready for this. 😢

I like how this show shows just how human these historical characters are! We always have these preconceived ideas about how they acted, interacted and reacted but this show makes them human . . . Just like us!

I seriously said "oh come on!!" out loud when the video cut out before we could see what the centurion had to say!!

These moments are what makes this series so good. It’s wonderful to see the humanity of these characters

THE BEST SERIE OF ALL TIME

How do you begin to accept or even process all that Jesus has spoken or touched on, regarding when the time comes He will be gone or the suffering from fellow Jews...The writers of The Chosen have been given a "divine gift" to explore the plausibility of how the disciples might have dealt with it. In turn, it's a gift given to us...the weight & levity of it being more than just words we read in scripture. Watching this clip has me in tears. I know that Jesus did all of this for us, & to defeat evil & sin. The Chosen has brought (with divine plausibility), a very healthy dose of a reminder, we all need. Amen!

Yes the next episodes are going to hurt our hearts ! So thankful for this show that reminds us how he loves and how he suffered!

Thursday is too far away!!! LOL! This show as reignited my love for Christ and has helped me to not grow weary in my well doing!

Such a gentle and peaceful scene, and also sad and forboding. I love how Jonathan Roumie/ Jesus keeps gently comforting people throughout the series. It's lovely to watch.

Thaddeus (Jude) is my patron saint and to see him and James having their own moments with Jesus is fantastic to see. The two who will write letters of the New Testament, the apostles first chosen, but overshadowed by the more famous figures still getting screen time with our Lord. Excited to see where this scene fits in on Friday

It was more likely the half brothers of Jesus (James and Jude) who wrote the epistles of the same names.

I’m a grandmother. At 2am the day of my grandsons wedding, the Lord told me to tell him, “Come closer to Me and let me show you what I have for you”

Unexpected blessing moment between Jesus , Thad and Little James. Not scripted in our main Bible translations, but still very plausible. It can just be described as a prayer time with Jesus, in the secret place. Beautiful!

This is how I feel watching the chosen this season. 😢We know it’s going to get tougher and tougher and it frightens me even though I know the ending. 🙌🏼 3 years was too brief for a ministry. I feel bad that they lost having Him in person so soon. They didn’t really have time to enjoy the beginning because they didn’t really really know how tough it was gonna get and that they would be doing it without him in person . I saw 1-3 in theaters. Going on Friday as date with husband. Got my klenex 😢

Our sense of time is very different from long ago. The day to day intensity along with the everydayness had to be overpowering.

Love seeing Thaddeus and Little James getting some screen time!

The tenderness of this moment just leaves me undone.

Of course I don’t know, I wasn’t there, but ‘The Chosen’ has been the most realistic portrayal (IMHO) of the life of Jesus I have ever seen. Every episode has been emotionally stirring for me.

James and Thaddeus are actually relatives of Jesus. In this show they're portrayed as his former co-workers but they through church history and tradition have been known to be his actual blood family.

Yes - I am in tears again. Hurts - but a different kind of hurt - knowing that I'm experiencing a feeling based on THE TRUTH and knowing we all here BELEIVE and SHARE the same FATIH... is comforting. To know we truly have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with GOD THE FATHER AND JESUS...to know He came to become human to SAVE us but also so they we may know him personally. Incredible! It really is life changing seein Jesus portrayed in a way our simple minded flesh can grasp- makes Him now BIGGER than life! A short scene with so much emotion; I had tears. Even though the Chosen uses artistic license for some of the story; it’s all so possible. As we come to learn about, and know, Jesus’ humanity, his tenderness with the disciples, and even his frustration that they don’t quite “get it,” all seems so plausible. Thank you, Chosen team; you’ve opened up the Bible in a new way to so many of us.

"...a time we can't have back" wow. Simple but deep. The Holy Spirit has put in my mind that God delights when we are in His presence and we serve Him with all our heart but He gets sad when we stop and thinks: "a time I want to have back". I remember Solomon, how He served God for so much time, but lost himself, how God felt? How he loves us and sent Jesus to give us a chance to have time with God forever, so that eventhough we might lose ourselves here on hearth, we won't lose ourselves in heaven. When that happens, the phrase" a time we can't have back" won't matter anymore because time will be eternal🙏🏾❤️. Glory to God🙏🏾

S4 is definitely taking us closer to "that time" when it will be very hard to see the Lord Jesus go through many things, and also his disciples. Granted, we know what happens, and we also know how it ends, but nevertheless, to see it play out on the big screen--it still keeps us breathless with each scene and episode that we get to watch. For me, it makes me realize more and more, just how much the LORD God our Father loves us, that He allowed His Son to suffer and die for His creation, even though most could not care less about Him or His Word. The Chosen has made the Bible come to life for so many, and allowed to peer into so many "what if's" that could really have happened into these character's lives. I do appreciate all the hard work Dallas and the other writers have put into this series. Praise God for all those who have come to know the Lord Jesus as their Savior and Lord!🙏❤✝🕊
