I'm quarantining in Gangseo right now, right by the Han river, I could not be happier. 4-5 months as an exchange student is way too short to explore all that Seoul has to offer, but I sure am gonna try! And people say modern art is bad! Like it’s so interactive and interesting and the possibilities are just endless, it’s amazing what artist can do nowadays and how they immerse you in a world they created😍🥺✨

I liked how they used scale to their advantage at the museum exhibits which really worked with the mirrored pieces and even the Monets. Really great effect! And what is it about the seaside that makes it so charming even in the winter? I can imagine the air was nice and fresh which went along with the views really well

Yes!! The rooms felt HUGE when they really weren’t- such a good exhibit.

As a family with 2 younger kids who are moving to Korea soon from California we are loving your content! We have been watching your travels together as a family and are looking forward to the adventure. 😊

I came for the BTS bench and the immersive art gallery (okay, that’s a lie, I watch every vlog no matter what, but these were the things I was looking forward to 😂) but my heart was won over by all the adorable dogs, and then I was blown away by the “pours from the bottom” tea pot 😮😮😮😮😂❤️

Honestly what I like about your videos is that they all are full of passive or active explorations, you're making sure that you will always have that quality and healing time for yourself and honestly that is refreshing and very inspiring. Be it a new café, art exhibition, niche stores, crocheting, reading, just taking walks, etc., everything in some way adds up to your experiences And can't not mention how much i love the chill, relaxing vibe of your videos, they are like a soothing balm - keep discovering nice music with each video🥰 P.S. been watching your videos ever since i was a freshman, i have graduated uni almost 2 years ago, took some break from all socials, went off the grid for 6 months or so, now i am back and it's nice to know that i enjoy your videos just as much as i used to 🥰 Thank u

Gangneung. Wondered if you were gonna pass by the BTS bench and you did!!! Would really love to go there, not just the bench, hehe. The cafe with the vintage photos on the walls too, that was cool. Is dubu just tofu in Korean? I need to read on that. I’m usually not a fan of unsweetened tofu but hey I’m willing to try it. South Korea has so much more up her sleeve. Wish tourists can enter soon. The Museum looks interesting, we have an "Immersive Claude Monet art exhibits" in Toronto too but the ticket is CAD37 + 13% tax😝. And thanks for bringing us to the BTS bus stop🥰🥰💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

i usually don’t like the beach irl except in winter when it’s windy and cold and there’s no one around so this was perfect, also looove beaches with trees around, that combo is really pretty and calming. As usual this one day trip was lovely, thank you for showing us this and giving me inspo for when i have a day off, i can go somewhere outside the city and just recharge for a few hours. This was such a fun vlog and the Arte Museum footage was simultaneously one of the coolest and most beautiful exhibits I've ever seen. I immediately started searching for immersive art in my area, but nothing even compares. You always take us along to really cool museums. If you have any tips on finding exhibits in a given area, please share!
