The drilling of the installation and the type of the installation itself are shown. We bought this installation from a man who said that he had been drilling for 15 years and assembling drilling rigs for 10 years and thought that it would be good to drill, but in the end we worked on this installation for one season, suffered and sold this installation.
It looks beautiful and impressive, but in fact there are a lot of design errors and shortcomings.
Main:
- heavy (600 kg)
- did not pass everywhere (105 cm in width)
- single-flow system with one gear pump NSH-32
- the engine was heated even with a cooling radiator
- the hydraulic oil was heated, since there was no oil cooler
- the swivel is very unreliable and constantly flowed, since the seals were made of simple rubber bands (sealing rings)
- the gearbox (between the hydraulic motor and the swivel) turned out to be "on-board" from the tractor and was not designed for axial loads and was an absolutely unreliable, unnecessary and harmful element in the drilling rig
- all components are the cheapest: starting from the 1SN high-pressure hoses in one braid to the hydraulic fluid tank, which is just a 50-liter hydraulic accumulator and there is no corresponding volume, no drain filter, no temperature indicator, no level, no partition and filter nets that allow you to clean the hydraulic fluid as efficiently as possible and get rid of from the air in the system

We have assembled for ourselves the installation that we need, which has:
The hydraulic station (modular) is located away from the drilling site and is connected to the driller's console with quick-release connections using 6-meter hydraulic hoses (in this case). It is possible to increase this distance to 10-15-20 meters, which is very convenient, since the engine is running on the side and the noise from it does not interfere and it is not always possible to drive the installation to the drilling site due to the limited space on the Customer's site, and long high-pressure hydraulic hoses in this case help out
The mast is (modular) and is located separately from the hydraulic station (modular). The mast is made according to the polispast system, as on URB 2A2, only smaller in size. It is considered the most reliable.
Two-flow hydraulics NSH-10-10 (tandem) from a 30 hp engine provides up to 150 rpm with a torque of up to 950 Nm. We can make the NSH-16-10 (tandem) from a 35 hp engine, if you need more RPM (up to 220 rpm) or torque (up to 1250 Nm). The hydraulic cylinder through the polispast system provides a lifting capacity up to 2.5 tons and a pressure down to 1.5 tons.
We can make a budget version with one NSH-10 pump for rotation from a 15 hp engine and lifting with an electric winch of 600 kg (1200 kg through a block) - there is a video in another playlist where we drilled 65.5 meters and raise the drilling column on such an installation.
With our installations, it is possible to drill sand, clay, flask, marls, sandstones and limestones not silicified up to 100 meters with two pumps. Maximum of 150 meters with a drilling pump.
If you need to drill granites, siderites, phosphorites, quartzites, etc., then it is better to drill them not with hydraulic drilling, but with a pneumatic hammer, and even if with hydraulic drilling, then definitely not with a small-sized installation, but only with an URB based on Kamaz, Maz, etc.

If anyone is interested in what our MGBU will be better at work than similar ones based on trailers and self-propelled with engines from 15 to 35 hp and with Russian automobile engines from 60-80 hp, then I will explain in detail all the points. In short, why heavy installations that need to be transported on a separate transport or together with all the tools on one, but more bulky transport, where this transport and this installation will not pass everywhere because of their dimensions (all the advantages of small dimensions are lost), if you can drill on a portable (rolling) installation with a capacity of 30-35 hp, which is easy to transport in one car with a 3-meter body and which will take place everywhere on a site where the Customer's space is limited by 90-100 meters in 1-2 days?
