I understand your pain I have multiple problems that being one. Stretching is great and personally I went vegan in 2009 and that helps a lot.

Actually Excercise is no longer suggested for CFS. It was for many years but recently doctors have been told not to prescribe this as part of a therapeutic treatment. It can do more harm than good. Sending you love and healing 🙏

This video made my cry in sympathy. I have the exact same symptoms, sometimes I can function, sometimes I can't and the "am I just making it all up" hit me in the gut so hard! Thank you so much for sharing honey, it's so nice to not feel alone with these struggles. I wish you a better week this week coming 😘😘

It took me 12 years before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. My own doctor didn’t believe in it and sent me to a psychiatrist. She said I was obsessed with my health. I felt so defeated. Finally I found a doctor who diagnosed me after being in his office for 5 minutes. I have had it for 26 years now and still haven’t found any real relief. Like you said, I try to fight and struggle through every day, but sometimes you just have to give in to it and feel sorry for yourself and give yourself lots of Tender Loving Care. There is nothing wrong with that. Living with chronic pain takes a great deal of strength and energy to get through each and every day. We all deserve to just Let Go once in a while. I find swimming lengths of the pool is the best relief for me. I used to do aqua fitness in the pool, but can’t do that anymore. It just exacerbates my pain. When you get into the water you really don’t feel any pain for a while. The water is so gentle on your body. I hope you get some answers. Take care of yourself. Surround yourself with nice things and things that make you happy. Love and hugs to everyone out there with this awful illness. ❤❤❤

The doctor you mentioned should be ashamed because giving such information is neglectful at best and very harmful at worst. I'm glad you changed GP's. I've got Fibromyalgia and CFS including IBS. I smiled when I saw you do the stretching exercises. Many of us wouldnt dare do that... we would never be able to get up from the floor. Wishing you a good journey as you navigate your life and take care.

My wife started having TIA’s (mini strokes) 3 years ago, and doctors eventually diagnosed her with Moya Moya, which is a genetic brain disease. Their fix? Intercranial bypass surgery that involves rerouting blood vessels from outside the skull to the inside through a hole cut in the skull. The result of this “fix”? She had a massive stroke while in recovery and hasn’t walked since or regained the use of her left arm. Also greatly affected her mental ability, and has turned her into a mean, nasty disposition type person! Sleep sometimes doesn’t happen, and the overwhelming feeling of knowing that this is how it is! After 3 years there’s no chance that her function will return, or her ability to do anything for herself! I retired last year after 41 years on the railroad, and our retirement is quite different than I had envisioned all those years. I live one day at a time, and always keep in mind each tomorrow is a new start! God never puts more on us than we can handle, but I didn’t realize I could handle this much! Keep your head up, forget yesterday, and look for that brighter tomorrow!

I have similar symptoms, and my doctor kept trying to tell me for 3 years it was in my head - suggested depression (hadn't mentioned any mental symptoms), and to 'just get a massage'. Blood tests fine, ultrasound scan fine also. I've now finally been diagnosed with Celiac disease, seeing a neurologist (may be nerve related) and booked in for an abdominal CT scan. You know when you're not well and exhausted. So frustrating when doctors keep trying to tell you you're ok and not sending you for tests.

I really loved this video. I suffer from severe endometriosis, and there was definitely a lot of gaslighting in the early days of my diagnosis. Finding the right GP was honestly a life-saver. Nothing ever showed up on scans (although a specialist could see deep endo via an MRI after my first, diagnostic surgery). Endometriosis is an invisible illness too, and sometimes people are amazing about my struggles, but others aren't. I just had surgery from my second surgery, and it has been a very slow, difficult recovery, but I was so lucky to have two top specialists operating on me to excise the disease. It's an incurable disease, but I do have hope now that my future might be a bit brighter. I actually really enjoyed the tea you mentioned in your video about your period during my recovery from surgery. I don't know if you're life me, but flare-ups can be so scary - and I think that a lot of people don't get that, especially when it's something chronic. Chronic pain changes you and it turns up the volume on all pain on the body. I pray that you feel some substantial relief soon. Lots of gentle hugs. xx

I can totally relate, I suffer from chronic migraine, IBS, endometriosis and have two prolapsed discs in my lower back. I gained twenty kilos over an eighteen month period which I just can't seem to lose. I also suffer from insomnia and wake up pretty much every two hours every night. Life often feels like an up hill struggle. I have just had four months away from work due to my health and am in the process of a slow, phased return to work. I am an emergency and critical care out of hours veterinary nurse. Before I went off sick I was the Principal Nurse Manager of the clinic but have now stepped down and returned as just an out of hours nurse. I'm on my new journey looking after myself and doing all that I can to maintain a good work / life balance. Eating well, staying hydrated, moving my body, stretching, mindfulness and meditation. I now just take things one day at a time. I have started new medication for my migraines which fingers crossed seems to be helping, reducing from an average of 21 attacks a month each lasting up to 48 hours to eleven from 8th June (when I did my first injection) to today (7th July) I'm due to do my second injection tomorrow. I have to inject myself every month. Sending lots of love xx ❤️ PS don't ever apologise, you're not moaning you're sharing and it helps you and so many others. I love your videos xx 😘

Thank you for sharing this. I can really relate.I’ve been diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2009 and I am not any better than when I was diagnosed. I was in a car accident at that time. Have been in 7 in total but in general my blood work has been fine. I do have complex ptsd, anxiety and depression due to childhood trauma. I have to work two jobs to support myself and it’s exhausting. I wish I could afford to stay home in rest more often. But drs aren’t even able to give me intermittent fmla for my symptoms to protect my job even though I have over maxed my sick time.

I really feel for you. As someone who also has Chronic Fatigue and fibromyalgia it's an experience few can understand unless they have lived it too. With regards to doctors, I have come to realise that I have to be my own advocate when talking to them. I now only see only one doctor who listens more if it is something I want taken seriously and I just keep chasing and pushing if things don't seem to be happening. I came to realise that seeing any old doctor who I can get a quicker appointment with is just too random and it is better to be patient and speak to the right person instead even if it means waiting a few weeks. Also, that doctor lied to you, there are medications for fibromyalgia, no they don't cure it but they do help with the pain. You don't have to just see the doctor you are assigned by the surgery you can "try" different doctors until you find one you gel with more. Good luck. You are totally within your rights to ask for a referral to a rheumatologist for fibromyalgia

Hello Kay, and thank you for such an honest and real day in your life. You have such a beautiful calm manner, and your spirit really shines through, despite it all. You absolutely do not need to explain yourself, but it was kind of you to share this as it will help many others. I wish you well on your health journey - you know what you need intuitively. Take care my love, Rachel xx

I have fibro chronic fatigue and IBS. And I suffered for years u til I went onto the keto diet. No car sat all no dairy no soy. And I basically follow Dr berg on utube and I am a million times better, yes I have flare ups. No coffee and I do Intermittent fasting and lost 13 K and feel like a different person. I am old enough to be your grandma and had these symptoms even younger than you. I hope you find someone who can help you as med doctors do not know. Good luck darling ❤
