This week we were blessed with 11 wild geese. We thought we were prepared to clean them and put them in the freezer. But we were wrong. We had to learn that we don't know everything there is to know about processing birds. Because Canadian geese and chickens are not the same! So I had to eat a slice of humble goose pie!
