In Ohio, it's legal as long as they're sitting down in the front of the pickup truck. Even the back depending on how many got, but you can't do it on the highway, only local backroads

They were doctoring everything and he is in with a law firm that's across the street from some of his businesses. He owns several in the same town. It is so sketchy. And he used them to gang up on other employees to alienate them and then make reasons to fire them or let them go for no reason I watch that happened to a couple of them and then I said something to the owner cuz he I consider him to be a douchebag at that point. But they were exploiting those girls that up in that place and probably selling other stuff along with poisoning guests and trying to do the same to employees. Along with trying to get them to swipe signatures using the old can you sign my shirt gag. Plus collecting photographic persona profiles of people everyday they clock in. And then not letting them clock in correctly changing their hours and their time and their checks whenever he chose to. Yeah I'd say he needs to be investigated really badly and not the employees that he's been framing up either. Same with that crooked ass courthouse
