😢free isnt free. Vietnamese government subsidises a bulk of the education costs. However, elementary schools still charge a variety of supplementary fees, ranging from maintenance levies to fees for the acquisition of books and uniforms. Secondary public schools are also allowed to charge tuition fees. Vietnam’s constitution pledges, “Primary education is compulsory and tuition-free.” But other costs, such as for textbooks and uniforms, keep poor children out. The cost is higher in secondary school and beyond, where institutions can and nearly always do charge tuition. This socialist country has yet to socialise education entirely, as the wide range of fees means school is already out of reach for many.

Education for primary school is free. However they are required to pay for school uniform and textbooks. Secondary schools are also free but they are require to pay small tuition fee. University are heavily subsidised but they have to pay about $200 per annum for tuition. That is a big amount for Vietnamese but considered very low by Western standard.

Hello young lady! Well, I know you’re working to provide for children…so I looked up the school Laws for children going to elementary schools. They are FREE according to the reports I read. FREE all over Vietnam. So you don’t have to worry about how you’re going to pay to send them to school. Maybe your Aunts and Uncles can let you know this is true. I know you’re living in the backyard of your mom’s home. You’re able to sleep in a warm house at night. And that you’re doing this in her backyard to earn money. This is fine. Many are doing this for the pay from KZread. Just know that on the internet, it states everywhere that you can send your children to school in elementary schools for FREE. Have a good day dear. You’re trying and with the help of Ly’ Mai and the others, you’re going to be okay. Mary🇺🇸🙏❤️👍🥰🙏❤️👍🥰

En otros videos me da pena verlos.mas cuando ponen a los hombres disfrazados como los hombre Monos y borrachos un asco y dejan a su país como personas Malas.no me gusta . Los respeto mucho por eso me da bronca cuando hacen esos videos creo que ustedes son los que tienen que poner limites.los Hacen quedar muy Brutos.hay de todo pero no creo que sean todos así???.
