Bake at 180°C (350F) for 10 minutes

Looks delish and healthy but you'll have to make it for me. I've never peeled a 🍅 in my life!
All I can see here is awaste of good vegetables, from the zucchini to the tomatoes. The person is disposing of a good chunk of each which is not necessary as some people these days can't afford to waste food because it is so very expensive and costly to buy and cook anything much less cut off big pieces of vegetables and not use them in the recipe. It is not a good practice as not everyone understands that they don't have to discard that much of the vegetables because there isn't anything wrong with the end pieces and that just the bare minimum of any vegetables is all that needs to be discarded. So in future I would recommend that you show some regard to those people who may think that the only portion of any the vegetables being used is mainly only the middle of it as that is the only good part of them.

Нарезка - кошмар! Помидоры режет прям по зелени, кусок палки прилип на ножик и это крупно показывают. Половину луковицы, он, видимо выкидывает. Тоже самое с морковью, типа пальцами держать неудобно - всё, морковь значит кончилась? Автор, лучше просто кидай рецепт с граммовками и сколько чего жарить по времени.
Ой, как важно , познавательно увидеть нарезку овощей! Так бы и смотрела! Но увы, дела другие не ко времени.......
