Beautiful! ❤💛💚💙 this maybe a stupid question but I’m new to fusing! - with the base layer, should the more textured side be face up or down?! I’m using Oceanside icicle clear base. Thanks so much for your videos!

It's an absolutely valid question. I prefer the base textured side down.

Yes, they are
