A Severn Saint - 2999 "Lady of Legend" | Severn Valley Railway 'Step Back to the 1940s' - 29/06/2024. All footage filmed on Saturday 29th June 2024, released the same day.
The SVR's 'Step Back to the 1940s' weekends always come with a intensive timetable & this year was no different. Enhanced by a newly arrived visitor for the summer season, No. 2999 "Lady of Legend", it was the perfect way to spend a relaxing day in the Severn Valley.
Unfortunately this was not to be as, due to lineside fires and traffic problems in the Bewdley area, I was unable to get my third shot of "Lady of Legend" at Rifle Range as planned.
