Coalition government instead of majority government will take decisions slowly and most of these decisions will not be for the benefits of the nation but will be for the benefits of all the parties of the coalition. But what I don't understand is that why the winning and losing of BJP is the indicator of democracy even though TMC and DMK have more dictatorial tendencies and are aligned with INDI Alliance against BJP. BJP was doing appeasement policies for minorities despite this they aren't getting votes from minorities. Meanwhile Congress promising freebies like a Socialist which will destroy the economy of the nation like Venezuela despite having oils which we don't have the luxury.

They are fascists. Hindutva is a fascist ideology but that doesn't mean fascists don't want to show off their popular reach. BJP did everything to make these elections unfair and less free. Jailed opponents, froze bank accounts, outspent every opposition party by several orders of magnitude since it already had more funding than all of them combined. Big business really loves him. Not to mention that the BJP handpicked two of the three Election commissioners. The ones before them resigned in quick succession. No wonder then that Modi was allowed to make hate speech after hate speech, which is criminalised by Indian law and amounts to a disqualification by election guidelines. All in all, BJP stacked the deck in their favour and thought Indians were ignorant and unthinking buffoons who will be okay with all of that.

It isn't just that they have a "reduced majority" It is that the BJP doesn't have a majority without allying with other parties, this time. That is huge! For Modi who doesn't even allow opinions or voices from members of his own party, he has to concede to opinions and demands of shrewd political leaders of other parties in order to stay in the government! I don't think he knows how. He doesn't do coalition governments. The two biggest allies with him are not going to allow many of the policies that he was hoping to push through without debate in parliament. He has not allowed any debate in parliament and has been able to, for the last 10 years pass bills and laws without any consultation with anyone. He can no longer do that. Modi's government 3.0 may not even last past the vote of confidence in the first session after being sworn in!

Nopes Indian elections are FREE AND FAIR and the counting was completed within a day itself unlike bogus ambiguous nature of American Elections and counting thats always under deep sense of suspicion of rigging.

I'm shocked by how badly all the political-pundits have gotten the analysis of Indian/Bharat elections so wrong. The popular vote did not change by much for each of the major national parties, namely BJP and Congress between 2019 & 2024 elections. What reduced the seats count for BJP was the alliance of most opposition parties coming together; most of these parties are regional/state level parties agreeing with Congress, the other national level party, not to fight among themselves. Note that in the past election, the so called I.N.D.I.A (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance; wow they did really try hard to spell India), a loose alliance of regional and national parties fought each other; giving BJP a middle ground to take seats, just finishing first in most constituencies, even if the vote share is 35% in that constituency is enough to secure the seat. What matter in a parliamentary style elections is that you need to finish first amount all rivals. So, a seat can be won with 10% of vote share if there are 15 rival parties vying for that particular seat and all other rivals have below 10% vote share. So, what would happen if all the rivals united against one person? Now you're down to 2-way race as opposed to a 15-way race. Of course, the opposition will win. Despite this unity, the sad truth is that INDIA was not able to completely dethrone the ruling party BJP. But, even if they did win majority of seats, would such a loose alliance based on dethroning the ruling party work? Each member of INDIA have their own agenda, which would inevitably lead to chaos and disharmony like that of many European governments.

Congress were the first to confront British rule and inspired Chandrabose, many armed freedom fighters to fight without being directly involved. Historically speaking Congress had a fight with US and UK in 1971 when US brought a nuclear carrier fleet to the the bay of Bengal during the Bangladesh war in 1971. US even threatened and intimidated congress many times to allow foreign and colonial investors to exploit India and its economy but resisted. Congress are more anti-western than anti Modi.

There's literally no proof for a pre-existing temple there. I looked for sources everywhere other than the cultists. The best I could find was a jain/Buddhist temple that vanished on it's own in the first millenium and a smaller old mosque that got demolished in the site's corner. Stop spreading lies.
