It’s morty’s chamber in the vault but you don’t have to catch morty if you don’t want to so it’s not missing a boss it’s just Morty has 2 options to him you can either capture him Or let him go he doesn’t really harm Luigi. Basically morty isn’t required to be captured in order to win the game.

Aww it’s another Clairvoya, at least he was just surprised, not so much upset Luigi betrayed him like that, instead achieved for finishing that film, and Luigi himself clearly shows he was reluctant capturing him.

Connor Roach I mean both were grateful to Luigi, both could fully accomplish their maybe final wish, Clairvoya had nothing else to do and heaven wasn’t coming any sooner so might as well rest for all eternity in a peaceful and quiet painting feeling accomplished, and Morty ended his “masterpiece” he was so depressed of not finishing thanks to his sudden actor and his performance his dream came true, sure Luigi took him by surprise and he wasn’t very excited for doing so, but seeing him in the lab, he seems to remain satisfied that he’s got nothing to worry about anymore

He just wanted to make his movie. When Luigi gives him back his mega phone he literally just hands the button to Luigi and leaves. Yet if you want to catch every ghost you have to get him too.
