This is by far the greatest interpretation of this work one can experience; in particular the finale of theThird Movement! Perfectly and mesmerizingly executed. Natural yet rapturously charged with subtle profundity.

Bellissima sinfonia, nella quale emergono frasi melodiche che si intrecciano in ondeggiamenti suggestivi, fino a che, nella seconda parte,circa a 28' e 40, un bellissimo tema più cantabile si afferma chiaramente e ci accompagna sino al grandioso finale, dove viene ripetuto a piena orchestra.

I agree! We're so blessed with so many amazing high quality stereo recordings from the late fifties and on, for music from most of the great composers by so many great orchestras and conductors...yet with some composers like Scriabin, when it comes to orchestral works I thinks we should have so much more recordings.

Creo que Scriabin tenía sus propias ideas en cuanto a forma, armonía e instrumentación. ¿Equilibrio instrumental? Qué significará esa frase... ¿Haydn? ¿Rimsky? ¿Messiaen?
